电子拉力机的两种测试方法区别之处

    • 电子拉力机的检定方法,主要分为两种:

         *种:根据电子拉力机被检区间的力值,选择标准拉力试样,标准拉力试样的力值为该区间满量程力值的60%~90%之间选择,将拉力机试样装夹在电子拉力 试验机上,按GB/T228-2002标准规定的速度让电子拉力试验机对标准拉力试样进行拉伸,当指针稍有摆动时立刻停止拉伸,即标准拉力试样处于拉伸状 态,此时在标准拉力试样上装上引伸计或贴上应变片,按GB/T228-2002标准规定的速度继续对标准拉力试样进行拉伸,引伸计或应变片将标准拉力试样 的伸长量显示出来,根据胡克定律,将伸长量换算为拉力值,再与度盘上与标准拉力试样相同的力值点进行对比,根据比对值的差来确定电子拉力试验机技术状态及 精度,使得电子产品在设计研制阶段对其固有可靠性有进一步的提高。

         第二种:根据电子拉力试验机被检区间的力值,将相应力值的标准拉力试样装夹在试验机上,按GB/T228-2002标准规定的速度让试验机对标准拉力试样 进行拉伸,当标准拉力试样处于拉伸状态时在其上装上引伸计或贴上应变片,让拉力试验机继续对标准拉力试样进行拉伸,引伸计或应变片将标准拉力试样的伸长量 显示出来,将伸长量换算为拉力值,再与拉力试验机度盘上与标准拉力试样相同的力值点进行对比,根据比对值的差来确定电子拉力试验机技术状态及精度。
